Our Services for Investors

We use our long-established partner relationships to source opportunities with superior risk adjusted return characteristics.  These are generally under-managed assets in regional locations offering higher yielding returns than prime assets and with scope for further enhancement through proactive management. 

Our focus is UK and Ireland although we also have reach into Germany. We target town centre mixed-use situations, normally with a retail emphasis.

We generally work in conjunction with established financing partners for both debt and equity requirements but we do originate opportunities in the £5m-£15m range where we have worked with new partners and are open to discussion about such opportunities.  If you might be interested in becoming a financing partner of ours please contact Ian Coleman or Alan Jones  in the first instance.
